Working at a ski resort, we had to throw out and replace any TP roll that was half or less. It was so wasteful! Drove me crazy. I’d assume hotel rules would be similar, to make it seem like a brand-new room each time. So heck yeah, I’d take the TP, instead of them just throwing it away.
